Conceived in 1975, Demelco Electric, an acronym for Demers Electric Company, became a reality in 1980 in the midst of an oil-boom.  Lead by owner and founder, Gerry Demers, Demelco is a respected company that has since carved out its niche in the Alberta construction industry through its core principles of specialized wiring, rigorous safety regulations, and relationship building.
